What are weekly reports?
This feature doesn't exist yet! It's in Beta and we are testing it to get it ready for launch.
Weekly reports are quick summaries emailed to you about each of your kids' screen time usage from the past week.
How can I start or stop receiving weekly reports?
Weekly reports are automatically be emailed to the primary account's email address for each kid in your family account.
You can stop receiving these emails by tapping the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email and unchecking "Weekly reports". To start receiving them again, just reverse the process: find one of those emails, tap the same link, and check the "Weekly reports" box. Contact us if you need help.
Can I send it to my spouse or another caregiver? Should I?
Yes, this is a great way to keep all guardians and caregivers in the loop and to open up family discussions about screen use. It's particularly helpful with co-parenting. To send to another parent or guardian:
- In the Screenable parent app, go to your account settings.
- Tap Emails & Notifications.
- Under Weekly report 2nd recipient, add an email address. They will receive an identical copy of each weekly report.
- Just like the main account holder, that person will be able to use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the emails to turn on or off weekly reports.
