How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Screenable uses the App Store for the management and payment processing of our subscription offerings. Apple does not allow us to directly manage the subscription, so for example we cannot change or cancel your subscription for you.

How do I cancel my subscription?

  1. Open the Screenable app, go to Account > Subscription, and tap Manage subscription. That will send you to Apple's interface for managing subscriptions.
    • As an alternative, open the Settings app, tap your name/avatar, then tap Subscriptions.
  2. Tap the Screenable subscription.
  3. Tap Cancel Subscription.

How do I change my subscription (e.g. from monthly to annual)?

  1. Follow steps 1 and 2 above.
  2. Tap See All Plans >.
  3. Tap the new plan you'd like to change to.

I'm seeing "can't load your subscription." What's going on?

If you purchased your Screenable subscription through a different Apple ID than the one on the device with the Screenable app, we will not be able to load the current status of your subscription. You'll still be able to use the app, but you won't be able to view your subscription status or get links to manage it. Please use a device that is signed into the Apple ID you used to make your purchase, and then follow the steps above to manage it.
