My kid's device's screen time is being managed by another app – how do I fix it?

Unfortunately, only one app can manage screen time at a time, so you'll need to disable the other app. You can fix this by doing either of the following:

• Go to the Settings app on the kid's device, tap Screen Time, scroll down, and turn off the other app's access.
• Or, just delete the other app.

In both cases, you'll usually need to enter your (the parent's) Apple/iCloud email & password.
