What is the kid app? How do I get it?

Screenable has two different apps in the App Store – one for parents, one for kids. We try to keep the experience as similar and transparent as possible, based on our philosophy of openness with kids around screen time, but parents will naturally be given more capabilities than kids.

How do I get the Screenable kid/companion app?

1. Option 1: scan the QR code
   1. Using the parent app, start the process of adding a new kid or kid's device.
   2. When asked, use the camera app on your kid's device to scan the QR code.
2. Option 2: download it directly from the App Store
   • When we've launched, you can get it directly on your kid's device from the App Store. Just search for Screenable and look for "Screenable Kid (companion app)".
